OVERVIEW: This program is a combination conditioning camp and hockey school. While focus will be given to development and teaching the proper fundamentals, it will be done in a high tempo and intensive format to also have players prepared and conditioned for their up coming tryouts.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
40 minutes of teaching fundamentals and proper individual techniques
20 minutes of advanced skill development and execution of the fundamentals at top speed
20 minutes of positional play, team tactics and controlled scrimmaging
INSTRUCTION:
All sessions designed and instructed by Carey Wilson
Minimum of 4 Professional Instructors on ice at all sessions
Body Checking:
Heavy Focus on Body Checking Introduction at the Peewee Level.
Body Checking will be allowed, administered and instructed through Development Drills during each practise.
All 5 on 5 Scrimmaging will be strictly No Body Checking.
