OVERVIEW: This program is a combination conditioning camp and hockey school. While focus will be given to development and teaching the proper fundamentals, it will be done in a high tempo and intensive format to also have players prepared and conditioned for their up coming tryouts.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
40 minutes of teaching fundamentals and proper individual techniques
20 minutes of execution and development of the fundamentals
20 minutes of positional play, team tactics and controlled scrimmaging.
INSTRUCTION:
All sessions are designed and instructed by 10 Year NHL Pro Carey Wilson.
Minumum 4 Professionally Trained Instructors on ice at all sessions
Maximum group size is 24 skaters.
