OVERVIEW:
This program is a combination skills development and scrimmaging.
This post season camp will focus on high tempo flow drills and scrimmaging.
There will be attention to skills development. Emphasis will be on performing the fundamentals at top speed.

Once a Week - Skills Development and Scrimmaging
Special Introduction to Body Checking for Major Atom (born '98)
Ages 9 to 12
April 6th - May 13th, 2009
OVERVIEW: A Once-a-Week Ellite Training Proram. This program is restricted to players that played at the TOP TIER level of minor hockey available to them this past season This program is a combination skills development and scrimmaging. This post season camp will focus on high tempo flow drills and scrimmaging. There will be attentionn to skills development. Emphasis will be on performing the fundamentals at top speed. Special attention to Teaching Body Checking will be given to the Major Atom age group. Note, the Major Atom Age Group are those players born in 1998 that have just completed their Atom Hockey Season. While focus will be given to development and teaching the proper fundamentals, it will be done in a high tempo and intense format to also have players prepared and conditioned for their upcoming tryouts.
